Lambs "2" Lions Empowering Youth at Risk

Manna's Hana's program will be helping "Youth at Risk" dealing with bullying, anxiety, PTSD, loss of a loved one or trauma from prior tornadoes. The closed session is 1  1/2  hours for six weeks with a special instructors, horses and volunteers dedicated to helping these participants see there is HOPE. The session is non-mounted. ) 

Working with the horses can help at-risk youth to:

• Enhance problem solving and social skills.

• Learn empathy and stimulate creativity.

• Accept accountability for behaviors.

• Gain a sense of personal control.

• Learn stress, anger and frustration management.

• Decrease feelings of hopelessness and depression
